Day 1 – Explore Kuhmo’s Diverse Trail Network
Begin your ski adventure in the town of Kuhmo, where a wide, well-maintained trail network starts conveniently right next to Hotel Kalevala. Try also the beautiful forest route around Tulijärvi or enjoy the easy-access tracks close to the town centre.
If you want to polish your technique or learn classic-style skiing from scratch, local instructors are available. Guided ski tours can also be arranged.

Day 2 – Peaceful Village Trails of Lentiira

Lentiira offers calm, traditional cross-country tracks that meander through quiet forest surroundings. Trails begin conveniently from the yard of Lentiira Holiday Village.
After a day outdoors, warm up in your cosy cabin and relax in the sauna – a perfect Finnish winter evening.

Hossa National Park welcomes skiers with spectacular esker landscapes and trails surrounded by crystal-clear lakes. The area offers around 40 km of classic-style ski tracks, as well as multi-use trails suitable for snowshoeing, winter cycling, and walking.
