The way to get to know Finnish culture and soul deeply is to try Finnish sauna. Breathe in the warm steam of the sauna, let your mind rest by the wilderness forest that opens up through the mirror windows, forget about time and feel a new kind of relaxation as part of nature.

The Forest sauna offers you time and a place to relax in the heart of the forest. The sauna’s mirror windows open up to the surrounding forest landscape and the northern sky.
Along with the sauna, you should definitely try our cooling experiences: step under a cool summer forest shower, refresh yourself in the cold Arctic fountain pool, and enjoy the wonderful, uplifting feeling of a snow bath! The availability of cooling experiences depends on the season.
Forest Sauna & Experience is located within walking distance of our main building. You can book a private Forest Sauna shift all year round morning to evening. Sauna shift is 2 hour.
Includes:
Forest Sauna, Arctic fountain experience (all year round), snow bathing area, cooling forest shower (only summer-autumn), shower and changing room, guidance to Finnish sauna culture.

In Finland, we usually take a sauna naked, but in Forest Sauna we recommend a bathing suit or a towel.
